In‑App Purchases & Virtual Items Policy

1) Optional purchases

We may offer optional in‑app purchases such as virtual coin bundles or other virtual items (“Virtual Items”). You are not required to purchase Virtual Items to use the service.

2) Licensed, not owned

Virtual Items are licensed for personal, non‑transferable use within the service. They are not your property, cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or traded, and have no real‑world cash value.

3) No redemption

Virtual Items and balances cannot be redeemed for money, refunds, or any monetary equivalent, except where required by applicable law.

5) Delivery and technical issues

Virtual Items are usually delivered immediately. If delivery is delayed or missing, first confirm the purchase status in your app store/account. If the purchase is completed but items are not delivered, contact us with your order/transaction details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the items.

6) Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you request a chargeback or reverse a payment, we may suspend access to Virtual Items and related features while we review the dispute, and we may remove Virtual Items associated with the reversed payment, as permitted by law and the platform rules.

7) Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the terms and processes of the relevant app store (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play) or payment processor used for the purchase. We cannot override their final decision. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986) where they apply.
