Terms of Service

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is entertainment-only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot stake or win real money through the Service.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered.
• Virtual coins/credits/items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money or anything of real-world value.
• You must be 20 years or older to use the Service.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login details secure. Provide accurate information and do not create accounts for anyone under 20. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk/security reasons.

3) In-app purchases

The Service may offer optional purchases (e.g., virtual coin packs). Purchases provide access to virtual items only and do not convert to cash. Fees, taxes, and billing are handled by your app store/payment provider where applicable. Except where required by New Zealand law or the platform’s policies, purchases are non-refundable.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate, unlawful content, spamming, or impersonation.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Service.
• Any use that breaches applicable New Zealand law or these Terms.

5) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, artwork, trademarks, and content. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) User content

If you submit content (e.g., chat, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You must have rights to what you submit.

7) Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (where you are a consumer).

8) Disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. If unresolved, disputes are governed by New Zealand law. You may also be able to bring certain claims in the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal (if applicable). Otherwise, the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
